MY HUSBAND… THE DEADBEAT, FUGITIVE and CRIMINAL!September 1999. My name is Dagmar Helena Puskar and I live in St. Catharines, Ontario with our 10-year old daughter Monika. My husband, Frank Puskar, and I were married in Cleveland, Ohio, on March 3, 1989. We separated in 1997 and in spite of Court Orders from both Canada and the United States he has paid virtually nothing in support of his daughter. The support arrears are in excess of $90,000.00 (US)! He also owes a Court ordered equalization payment from the separation of our family assets in excess of $132,000.00 (US). None of the amounts noted above include Court ordered costs!
There are contempt citations from Courts in both Cleveland and St.Catharines. There is an open warrant for his arrest.NOT A PAUPER During the course of the seemingly unending Court proceedings Frank decided to go underground. He quit his job in Cleveland where he was earning close to $57,000.00 (US) per year and in contravention of Court Orders he proceeded to cash in over $350, 000.00 (US) in savings and pension funds. ACCOMPLICES - WITTING AND OTHERWISE! Horsburgh & Scott Co. Located at 5114 Hamilton Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. This is the company Frank worked for prior to his disappearance. The company was apparently aware of the Court Orders but still, according to Frank’s own Affidavit, advised him to quit his job in order to cash in his full 401K. Frank cashed in over $239,000.00 (US). Martin Puškár. Martin is my 31 year old stepson. He admitted that he has communicated with his father. He has visited him many times in USA and has delivered inexpensive gifts for Monika from Frank Puskar. Martin has refused to facilitate any communication between Monika and her father. Martin used me to obtain landed immigrant status in Canada. He seems very content with the way things have turned out – both as to his being able to live in Canada and as to the breakup of my marriage. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! NOW, "TATI" IS ALL YOURS! George Dilik. George is Frank’s uncle. He clearly knows where Frank is living as he has acted as a conduit of information to and from my estranged husband. The Courts acknowledged this status as George is noted as the official Contact in many Court documents. He apparently accepted $20,000.00 (US) from Frank for the sole reason that I do not get my hands on the funds on behalf of Monika. Zdena Foldýnová, Michal Mikita, Vlado Mikita, Gabriela Frontová. These individuals are all relatives of Frank Puskar’s living in Vranov n/T in the Slovak Republic. They have allowed him to stay-hide in their homes on regular basis. Hana and Tomáš Kovařík. These two are Frank’s daughter and son-in-law, in contact with Frank, and have advise that George Dilik would always be his contact for all of their relatives and friends. ON THE RUN It is apparent that Frank remains in the Cleveland area. He apparently has traveled freely to visit relatives in the Czech and Slovak republics. Nobody was apparently able to force the surrender of his passport! Update as of March 2005: Frank is living with a "Bimbo" in Slovenska Kajna -- Vranov n/T, Slovak Republic and at age 59 has 2 additional kids. Travels frequently to Czech Republic (Ostrava region) and to Cleveland, Ohio to keep his US status. Keeps in touch with his Uncle George Dilik (All his legal documents and other mail is send to Dilik's address.) and his cousins in Cleveland, Ohio and his babies/twins, now 35 years of age, but totally ignores his 15 year old daughter, who now is growing up without a father, facing puberty, high school and etc...... Update as of July 2007: Bimbo & kids are OUT and Ms. Vargovic ( sister of Joe Vargovic - Owner of Summitt Hotel in Thorold, Ontario) is in! Still living in Slovenska Kajna, driving Audi and totally ignoring his responsibilities and his daugher Monika. FrankyBoy, what goes around - comes around! REWARD A reward will be given for information leading to the apprehension of Frank Puskar by proper police authorities. ANOTHER KIND OF LEGAL NOTICE All facts and representations made with respect to the obligations owed by Frank Puskar are contained is documents used in proceedings before Courts of competent jurisdiction and are a matter of public record. Published in Legal News Legal Notice D-263350 – Dagmar Helena Puskar vs. Frantisek Puskar, a.k.a. etc. Frantisek Puskar, a.k.a. Frank Puskar, whose last known place of residence is 1244 Bunts Road, Lakewood, Ohio 44107-2612, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 2, 1999, the undersigned, Dagmar Helena Puskar, filed her motions in the Court of common Pleas of Cuyahoga county, Ohio and moves this Honorable Court to reduce child support arrearages to lump sum judgment; and moves this Honorable Court for an Order requiring Respondent Frank Puskar, to appear and show cause why he should not be held in contempt for violating the prior order of this Court; and moves this Honorable Court for an Order requiring Respondent George Dilik to release to the Petitioner, the sum of $20,000.00, which amount was fraudulently transferred to Respondent Dilik by Respondent Frank Puskar in an effort to defeat petitioner from obtaining said funds; and moves this Honorable Court for an Order releasing any and all funds and/or accounts in Respondent, Frank Puskar’s name and currently being held by New Party Respondent, The Hartford Life Insurance Companies to Petitioner; and moves this Honorable Court for an Order awarding action to enforce the Court’s order.
